Collaborating to Protect Children
and their families
PA Consortium is a collaboration of organizations under one umbrella with a shared purpose to protect children and their families. Our focus is on custodial interference, parental alienation, shared parenting, and related family court issues.
The issues related to custodial interference, coercive control, parental alienating behaviors and domestic violence by proxy will require global legislative changes so that when we approach the UN, we are speaking with a unified voice about these worldwide systemic issues.

Mission Statement
The Mission of the Consortium is to bring like-minded organizations together to fix the broken dysfunctional family court system.
Mission
Transformation and reform of the family court system as it relates to child custody and other family matters. The Consortium will bring together stakeholders throughout the family court system and those in the community who see the impact on children who are experiencing the trauma of parental conflict related to custody. We will develop and implement a best practices model for our court system while identifying families in crisis where children are at risk of being exposed to domestic violence in all its forms. We will identify the drivers of the current system and develop a suite of solutions to eliminate incentives in the current system which create conflict and will instead focus on empowering parents through a collaborative process and an accountability model.

Joan Kloth-Zanard
Director
Joan is an expert in the fields of Parental Alienation, psychological abuse, intervention strategies, and techniques and strategies for moving forward and rebuilding a life after a traumatic event, or series of traumatic events. The reality is that most people don’t get to choose the things that happen to them. Hopefully though, they will arrive at a point in time where they are able to choose to be pro-active about what they want for their future. Joan has a passion for helping people recognize that point in time and then providing them with ongoing support and guidance to help them keep moving forward. She is an active advocate for victims and speaks to legislative bodies about the programs, services, and funding victims rely on for support while they journey to reclaim their lives. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem and is assigned by the court to cases where a minor child’s interests and rights are at risk. Joan is the author of “Where Did I Go Wrong? How Did I Miss The Signs? Dealing with Hostile Aggressive Parenting and Parental Alienation,” a contributing Editor in “Broken Family Bonds: Poems and Stories by Victims of Parental Alienation,” and continues to provide free, one-on-one, 24/7, international, online, email, and text messaging support to victims. Phillip Hendrix
Director
Expert in Parental Alienation (PA) and High Conflict Parenting, Education, Certifications, and Training:
Master’s in Psychology (M.A.), Master’s in Business (M.B.A.), Certified as Counselor, Mental Health First Responder, Parent Educator, Family Mediator, Child Access Provider; Parenting Coordinator, ADA Forensic Disability Specialist/Advocate. Trained in Marriage and Family Therapy – Family Systems orientation. DV & IPV, Child Abuse, Trauma & Trauma Intervention. Formerly served courts as a child custody evaluator and child and family investigator; currently provides services as ExpertWitness, Coach and Consultant in PA matters,
Parenting Coordinator and Decision Maker, Supervised Parenting Time provider. Phillip founded and runs the longest operating support group for PA in North America and founded a non-profit serving families who have been victimized by the system.
Charity Schneider
Director
Charity focuses on broken families from Parental Alienation, high-conflict divorce, narcissistic abuse, and emotional abuse recovery for adults, children, and families. She has a podcast and video series called ParentalAlienationIsReal.
Clint Doran
Director
Clint is a journalist, podcast host, and Father. Clint became involved in the Family Court issues when he was separated by the courts from his 2 sons. Since then he has focused on educating and changing the aspects of family court for future generations.
Brian Ludmer
Advisor
Brian Ludmer is a Family Law and Business Law Attorney in Ontario, Canada. Brian has overcome challenges in his personal life that led him to become skilled in focusing on high conflict divorce, parental alienation and high net worth property and income disputes. Mr. Ludmer developed a successful resolution to parental alienation for his own family. Brian understands that Family Law is a devastating and poorly understood form of child abuse that hurts children and parents. Tina Mayer

Tina is an LMHC who serves as a GAL, PC, Mediator and is the owner of The Resolution Center of Jacksonville. She got her Bachelor’s degree at Randolph Macon Woman’s College with a double major in Philosophy and Religion with an emphasis in Ethics. Her Masters in Mental Health Counseling was earned at Jacksonville University. Her passion for problem solving and reconciliation of relationships and helping children is the driver that pushes her forward, even when all hope seems lost. There is NO labyrinth that doesn’t have a solution or way through…even if it sometimes requires a chainsaw.
